Delivery

We deliver orders to parcel lockers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. All prices include VAT and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Parcel lockers

We deliver to Omniva, SmartPost and DPD parcel lockers. You choose the locker at checkout and get a text message when your parcel arrives. Parcels wait in the locker for seven days.

Delivery to a parcel locker costs:

• Estonia: 2,50 €
• Latvia and Lithuania: 4,00 €
• Finland: 7,80 €

Delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania is free on orders from 50 €, and to Finland on orders from 65 €.

Production time

Every item is printed to order in our own studio in Tallinn and checked by hand before it is packed. Your parcel usually reaches the locker in 2⁠–⁠5 working days.

What happens after you order

1. Confirmation. Right after payment we email you an order confirmation with your order number.
2. Printing. We print your item in our own studio and check it by hand before packing.
3. On its way. We hand the parcel to the carrier and send you a tracking number.
4. Arrived. Collect it from the parcel locker using the door code sent by text message.

Returns within 14 days

Items with a ready-made design can be returned or exchanged for another size within 14 days. Let us know first and we will send instructions.

• The item must be unworn and unwashed, with labels still attached.
• For an exchange we send the new size out as soon as the old one is on its way back.
• Refunds are paid within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
• If the item is faulty or the wrong one, we cover the return postage.

Items with a personalised print are made to your order and cannot be exchanged, except where they are faulty. This follows from the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
