Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made in the creativecanvas.ee online shop. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them and agree to them.

Seller

The creativecanvas.ee online shop is operated by Crafty Prints OÜ, registry code 17450241, address Kuldnoka 6, 10619 Tallinn, Estonia, VAT number EE102961063, email info@creativecanvas.ee. CreativeCanvas is a trading name of that company.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery cost is added to the order total and is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, but the price of an order already confirmed does not change.

Placing an order

Choose the item, size and quantity, add it to the basket, then fill in your delivery and contact details at checkout. You see the full contents of the order and the final total before you pay.

The contract of sale takes effect when your payment has been received. We then email you an order confirmation with your order number. If no confirmation arrives, check your spam folder and get in touch with us.

If we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you and offer either a replacement, a new delivery date, or a full refund.

Payment

Payments are handled by Montonio Finance OÜ. You can pay by Baltic and Finnish bank links, by card, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card or bank details — they go straight to the payment provider.

Delivery

We send orders to parcel lockers across Estonia. Delivery methods, timescales and costs are set out on the delivery page. Every item is printed to order in our own studio in Tallinn, so production time is added to the carrier’s delivery time.

Right of withdrawal, 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at info@creativecanvas.ee and we will reply with return instructions.

• The item must be unworn and unwashed, with labels still attached.
• Return the item within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
• Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
• We refund the payment, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, to the account you paid from.
• The buyer is liable for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

Exception. Personalised items — those printed from a customer’s own artwork or to their instructions — are made specifically for that order, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. This exception comes from the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. If such an item is faulty, you have exactly the same rights as with any other item.

Items carrying one of our ready-made designs are covered by the right of withdrawal in the normal way, even though they too are printed to order.

Products with your own design

A product put together on the Create your design page is made to your order, so it cannot be returned unless it is faulty — the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it (Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 53(4)(3)). If the product is faulty, the complaint terms below apply.

We print the design exactly as it is in the print file. Colours seen on a screen may differ slightly on the printed product. How we keep the pictures you upload, and when we delete them, is set out in the privacy policy.

Faults and complaints

If an item is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can and include a photograph if possible. We are liable for a lack of conformity for two years from the date the item was handed over, as provided by the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.

Where an item is faulty we will repair it, replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. In that case we also cover the return postage.

Normal wear, damage caused by incorrect care and damage caused by the buyer are not treated as faults. Care instructions are on the label.

Resolving disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us first — most situations are settled in a single email. If we cannot reach agreement, you have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. The procedure is free of charge for consumers.

Final provisions

Anything not covered by these terms is governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. The terms in force are always available on this page.
