Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

Within Estonia (Domestic): 2-7 business days

(Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays and unforeseen circumstances.)
Shipping Destinations:
We currently only ship within Estonia and Europe. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us via contact form. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
